There is an art to hearing people without really listening to them. You have to um and ah and ask questions at all the right places and you’re all set. This isn’t really very good, I guess. But whatever. Works for me quite a lot.

Our biology teacher is the sweetest woman in the world. She actually brought a bread machine to school today and baked us a loaf of bread. Just to say thank you for working so hard and because she likes our class best (imagine that, a teacher actually liking our class. But then, she only has the good half…). She is really sooo sweet. And the bread was delicious, of course.

I am kicking myself right now. Accounting. Don’t ask. It’s enough to know that I am kicking myself. At least I felt a little more intelligent in Maths. Which was interesting. And Science of course. IT was boring because I already know how to work with ‘if’ statements. I’ll probably learn something interesting again next week. Hm. Got my report today too. But whatever.

We discussed everything from love to poetry to haircuts in Accounting today. Not that we were acually supposed to, but whatever. I have discovered that, in general, a lot of people have also made the discovery that when you are a sweet person, you get hurt. And that is why a lot of people are the way they are. I have also decided that I am way too nice on many occasions, but, instead of building walls like other people, I shut off. I think I should stop doing that. I really do. But saying it is one thing, and doing it is another.

Good thing I don’t swear. Else I’d have to start adding a little PG L sign to the top of my blog. That’s how I feel about it right now.

No particularly deep thoughts for today though. Sorry. Maybe we’ll handle world-domination on tomorrow’s post, but this is all for today.
